- Postage within Australia and overseas will be at the standard Australia Post rate
- For overseas customers please send us an email to get a quote for delivery cost.

Under normal circumstances goods will be post within 24 hours of receipt payment. However, with orders that cannot be fulfilled the customer will be notified accordingly and advised as to when the order can be completed subject to the availability of the product/s purchased.If you wish to query a delivery please email us using our Contact Us form.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes is not easy to get the right size, if this is the case we are more than happy to exchange your product. The item should be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In the case of an exchange, you will be required to return the item, at your cost and we will make the swap. Postage costs will be charged on the exchanged item at the normal rates.Once the goods have been returned an inspection of same will be undertaken . However, we always advise that customers choose their purchases carefully before buying because if such goods are delivered in good condition and order, then returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the product.
This return policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, have been chew or have dog hair, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We do not accept returned product that has been soiled or torn. Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage during transit; therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration and/or insurance with your postal carrier. Perritos Dog Clothes will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
